Clarity before care
We brought Meraki’s brand, booking and in-person care together: a clear message, an online booking experience and a bilingual tool that helps staff explain scalp care.
See what changed
What had to change.
Meraki Head Spa brought the Japanese head spa ritual to North Texas. The challenge was bigger than a booking page. We needed one idea expressed across every touchpoint. Calm brand. Frictionless software. A clear path from first impression to rebook.
The Brand Idea
Clarity Before Care
We built the Meraki brand strategy around a simple truth. People want scalp clarity and confidence before anything else. The brand speaks softly. The experience removes friction. The promise is consistent wherever you meet it.
What this included
- Positioning: Japanese head spa plus modern wellness
- Tone: calm, honest, confident
- Service architecture: named rituals, mini-rituals, at-home tie-ins
- Message system: one voice across FB, IG, TikTok, Google Business, SMS, Eventbrite
- Sister-brand alignment: shared identity and offers with Q Nails & Spa

Content & Editorial
Produced short-form social videos that earned attention before any ad spend.
Activation & Growth
Ran the launch campaign and influencer partnership that drove 89 event registrations.
A website direction.
A website direction that carries Meraki’s identity and treatment room atmosphere onto desktop and mobile with a clear path from the first question to booking.

Booking made simple
Calm on the Surface, Serious Underneath
Guests can choose a treatment, see available appointments and book alone or with friends. The booking experience keeps services and staff availability in sync, with email and text confirmations, reminders and follow-up.
What this included
- A nine-step booking flow for one, two or four guests
- Current appointment availability for each provider
- Email and text confirmations, reminders and follow-up
- Tracking that shows where booking enquiries came from

Scalp Analysis Companion
Clear guidance from the tablet to the take-home card
A tablet tool guides staff through nine scalp-analysis steps in two languages. It brings together more than 50 observations and recommends a cleanse, treatment and balance plan. At the end, staff can open a simple summary of what to write on the guest’s take-home card.
What this included
- Nine guided steps in two languages
- More than 50 observations brought together
- A recommended cleansing and treatment plan
- A final summary to copy onto the take-home card
- Works without a continuous internet connection

- Instagram: 1,360 views with active comment threads

Bonus ask: 15-sec teaser for the Free 2-Min Scalp Lab pop-up.
What this included

- Brochures and pop-up QR minis
- Gift certificates on Gartner Studios stocks
- Cost modeling for in-house versus outsourced print
