Privacy policy

8gnc is the agency practice of Branded Mayhem Collective LLC, based in Richardson, Texas. Our services are directed to businesses and organizations in the United States. This notice explains information handled through 8gnc.io; visitors elsewhere can also use our privacy controls.

When you ask about work, book a conversation, request a resource or subscribe, we receive the information you submit: contact details, company information, answers about your business and any optional message. Phone numbers are optional. On a form that saves an email before the remaining questions, the notice beside that first action explains the early collection.

We use inquiry and booking details to respond, arrange the requested service and maintain our business records. A service inquiry does not itself subscribe you to marketing. Optional updates have a separate choice. We may retain a record of that choice or withdrawal so we can respect it.

Google Analytics measures page visits and interactions; Google Ads supports advertising and conversion measurement. Depending on your choice and region, these services can use identifiers and device, page and campaign information. Accept enables analytics and advertising signals. Analytics only enables analytics while keeping advertising off. Reject denies optional cookie storage and advertising use. Google may still receive measurements without cookies through Consent Mode.

The cookie notice is available to visitors in every region. Before a choice, Google is instructed to deny optional storage in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; elsewhere analytics and advertising storage are initially permitted, while advertising user-data and personalization signals remain denied. Your saved choice is reapplied. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising off, including after an Accept click.

Use Cookie settings at any time to reject or change your choice. This does not affect essential functions or withdraw an email subscription. We save the cookie choice and its policy version in this browser, plus an essential preference cookie so our server can respect analytics rejection even if a consent receipt fails; clearing browser storage removes that saved choice.

With analytics permission, our own measurement records pages visited, engagement and conversion actions using a pseudonymous session identifier. A submitted inquiry or booking can connect the permitted journey to your lead record. We use this to understand interest in our services and follow up on requests.

Server-side network enrichment can use IPinfo, Cloudflare request metadata and public network registration or reverse-DNS information to estimate location and network ownership. Network ownership is not proof of a person’s identity. Our journey records omit raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings; infrastructure providers still process network information to deliver and protect requests.

Our first-party journey collection stops when analytics is rejected, or when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is active. Rejecting analytics removes the first-party browser session identifier and asks our server to expire its journey cookie. This does not erase information already submitted in a form.

Separately from journey measurement, the cookie control sends a first-party receipt to record that a choice was applied. It contains the site, policy version, consent settings, choice source, a coarse region category and a timestamp. The receipt handler writes the site, settings, source, policy version and region category to Cloudflare Analytics Engine; it does not add an IP address, email, cookie identifier or user-agent to that record.

This receipt supports accountability for privacy choices, rather than advertising or recognizing a visitor. Cloudflare also processes the request and associated network metadata. Receipt delivery is best-effort and is separate from the choice saved in your browser.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Convex supports submitted inquiries and application records; Resend supports service and requested marketing emails. Google Calendar supports booking where used. Google Analytics and Google Ads provide the measurement described above. Sentry receives error diagnostics to help repair the site; session recording is disabled. Content and media may be served by Sanity, Cloudflare or their delivery networks.

External videos, booking tools and links to AI providers have their own privacy terms. Following an AI link sends the prompt shown by that feature to the provider you choose. We do not include private form answers in those links. Payment or scheduling services may process additional information when you choose to use them.

We share information needed to provide the requested service, operate and secure the site, meet legal obligations or respond to an authorized business request. Provider processing may take place in the United States or other countries. We do not offer our inquiry list for sale; advertising measurement can involve sharing with Google, controlled as described above.

We keep inquiry and service records for the time needed to respond, deliver work, maintain appropriate business records and address legal obligations or disputes. Subscription preferences and withdrawal records may be kept to prevent unwanted future messages. Analytics, diagnostic and infrastructure records follow their configured provider retention and operational requirements. These categories do not all share one deletion schedule.

We use access controls and safeguards appropriate to the systems involved. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a general inquiry form.

You can change cookie choices using the settings control above. For marketing emails, use the preferences or unsubscribe link supplied with the message, or contact us directly if a link is missing or does not work. Stopping marketing does not stop messages needed to respond to an inquiry or deliver a service you requested.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, or opt out of certain uses. Contact us with your request and state or country. We may need to verify your identity and will explain any applicable limitations and available appeal process.
